Terms and Conditions

  1. Packages include basic, standard, and premium plans.
  2. Add-ons like SEO, social media marketing, & Google Business Promotion are optional services.
  3. Clients must provide all required content (text, images, videos, etc.) within the stipulated timelines.

Revisions Policy

  1. Each package includes specific revisions: Basic: 1, Standard: 2, Premium: 5 during design phase.
  2. Additional revisions beyond included limits are INR 500 per revision.
  3. 3. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of draft delivery

Payment Terms

  1. Full payment is required upfront for all packages.
  2. Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 1 day, provided no work has started.
  3. Subscriptions must be renewed to avoid service interruptions.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all content is accurate, original, and copyright-compliant.
  2. Provide timely responses to queries and submissions.
  3. Adhere to all applicable laws regarding website content.

Service Provider Responsibilities

  1. Projects will be completed per agreed specifications.
  2. Basic technical support is included; premium support is extra.
  3. Full ownership of the website is transferred upon payment, excluding third-party tools.

Eligibility Clause

  1. This service is only available for personal or direct business use by individuals or organizations.
  2. Website development agencies, resellers, or middlemen are strictly prohibited from availing of this service.
  3. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the agreement without a refund.

Limitations of Liability

  1. Not responsible for third-party tool issues or hosting provider problems.
  2. No liability for downtime caused by force majeure events.

Termination

  1. Clients can terminate agreements with written notice, subject to refund policy.
  2. Service providers may terminate agreements for non-compliance or misuse of services.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation before legal action
  2. Jurisdiction will be Hyderabad /telangana.

Amendments

  1. Terms may be updated; clients will be notified of significant changes.

Provision of Website Content

  1. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing all text, images, and other website content in the required formats. Any delays in providing content may impact the project timeline.
  2. Content by Weblis: If the client opts for Weblis to create or manage the content (including copywriting, image sourcing, or video production), additional charges will apply as per our pricing structure. This will be detailed in a separate invoice.

Ownership and Locked-in Period

  1. Locked-in Period: Ownership of the website, including design and development assets, will remain with Weblis by Cambliss Studio for a locked-in period of 24 months from the project’s start date.
  2. Ownership Transfer: Upon the successful completion of the 24- month locked-in period and settlement of all dues, full ownership rights of the website will be transferred to the client.
  3. Premature Termination: If the client wishes to terminate the agreement before the locked-in period, additional charges will apply based on the stage of the project and work completed. Ownership will not be transferred until these charges are paid in full.

Payment Terms

  1. Payments must be made in advance, looking to the subscription and agreed-upon payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Content Quality and Copyright

  1. Client-Provided Content: The client guarantees that all content provided is original or appropriately licensed and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. The client assumes full responsibility for any legal issues arising from the use of such content
  2. Weblis-Provided Content: All content created by Weblis will be original and tailored to the client's needs. Ownership of such content will be transferred to the client only after payment of associated fees.

  1. Weblis will provide a set number of revisions during the project, as outlined in the proposal. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at an hourly rate.

Hosting and Maintenance

  1. Weblis will provide hosting and maintenance services as per the selected plan. Any issues caused by third-party integrations or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Weblis is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal actions arising from the misuse of the website or content after ownership transfer. Termination
